If you are one of our clients
We keep your information for the entire duration of our professional/commercial relationship and for 10 years after the end of this relationship.

If you are one of our potential clients
We keep your information for three years after their collection or our last contact.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address until you ask to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is effective immediately.

In all other cases, the storage duration of the data exchanged may not exceed three years.

What are my rights?

You can choose to browse the website without providing personal data. However, some functions will not be available to you.

You can also decide you no longer want to receive the newsletter. All you have to do is click on the link contained in any email sent to you.

In addition, you have the following rights, which you can uphold at any moment:

Right of access
This right enables you to find out which personal data are used and how. You can also obtain a copy of this data within a maximum of one month from the date of your request.

The client portal is hosted on a secure website and can only be accessed with an identifier and a password. We do not store any passwords. If the user loses or forgets his/her password, it is the user themselves who must create a new one.

However, as no mechanism offers foolproof security, there is always an element of risk when you use the internet to send personal information.
